  1. Safe Practices During Pregnancy

    • Follow proper food safety to reduce the risk of foodborne illness; wash raw vegetables thoroughly and avoid raw fish or unpasteurized products.
    • Limit caffeine intake and avoid smoking, alcohol, and harmful substances.
  2. Exercise During Pregnancy

    Staying active is encouraged if there are no medical restrictions. Aim for 15–30 minutes of moderate aerobic activity most days to help prevent gestational diabetes, strengthen muscles for labor, and improve overall well-being.
