Oligospermia is a condition in which the semen contains a low concentration of sperm. In many cases, men with oligospermia may also experience reduced sperm quality, including abnormal motility (movement) and morphology (shape).

Causes of Oligospermia can include:
- Hormonal imbalances or poor hormonal support
- Previous surgeries
- Chemotherapy or radiation exposure
- Infections
- Natural aging
- Poor overall health or lifestyle factors
- Steroid use
- Testicular issues, such as varicocele
- Immunological problems, where the body attacks its own sperm
