Non-Obstructive Azoospermia
Non-Obstructive Azoospermia occurs when sperm are not present in the semen due to a failure in sperm production at various stages. Despite the absence of sperm in the ejaculate, some areas of the testes may still produce mature sperm. In such cases, sperm can be retrieved surgically using Microscopic Testicular Sperm Extraction (Micro-TESE). Micro-TESE is a highly advanced procedure, and its success relies heavily on the skill and experience of the surgeon.
